"I love this book but I’m a little bit biased because I love all Nicolas Sparks books "

"This was more of a “light mystery” than a love story. Sparks tends to write light and predictable, and this was no exception. His more recent books like this don’t seem to have the same pull for me as some of his first books. 3/5"

"I absolutely loved this book. It was wonderful, and also heartbreaking and so much more at one point it totally took me by surprise, but that to me is the measure of a good book and I have been a fan of Nicholas Sparks since the beginning and he has never disappointed he is the best of the best."
"Loved this. It's my first book by Nicholas Sparks, I completely enjoyed that emotional journey lol on to the next!"

"I have been a long time fan of Nicholas Spark, but honesty I feel like he has lost his spark. In this “love story”, I had zero connections with the characters. I felt that they lacked depths and the story line didn’t only feel rushed but lacked any kind of romance. I don’t know if I’ve outgrown Nicholas Sparks or he has become so comfortable writing his clichè stories that he is not even putting any effort into them. The characters are unlikable and only frustrated me. "
