"I think so! I fell in love with the characters for sure. This series was one of the very first I read within Forgotten Realms and the characters are still some of my favorite - right after the characters in the Cleric Quintet, I'd say. It's a fair bit less serious than something like the Drizzt series, but I would say that makes them a good intro into Forgotten Realms, or a good casual read for anyone already familiar with the world (not to say there aren't darker parts too 🤷♀️)."
