"I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review: 5 stars. <br/><br/>This is quite literally everything I look for in a cookbook. The authors voice really shines through which I love. It feels personal. It feels like I’m talking to a dear friend in her kitchen. As a baker it can be pretty difficult to find authentic Asian pastry/baking recipes online so I was thrilled when I was accepted for this ARC and I have to say it did not disappoint! This cookbook would be perfect for both new and avid bakers. I LOVE that the ingredients are listed in us measurements AND grams! All techniques are explained in detail which is great if you’ve never steamed buns or whipped egg whites before. There is also descriptions of the Asian ingredients used in many of the recipes. I love this cookbook so much that I plan on purchasing a copy when it’s published. (Which is saying something because I rarely buy cookbooks)"
