"Kind of basic ngl. But it was one my first #witchyreads that got me into the craft— which has empowered and healed me tremendously. Repetitive and not too insightful, but practical. You can read this and stir up some magick **** right away. I read it when my life needed it most, so it still gets some credit from me. Also, I do wish it were more gender inclusive? Most books abt the craft are addressed specifically to cis women. On one hand I love that the witchy movement is a feminist one, and on the other hand(as a trans masc) I wish to be more seen in the community. This is not a critique, but a personal preference. I just want to normalize nonbinary and masc ppl as feminists, environmentalists, allies; and similarly, witches. 3.5/5 stars "
