"¿Es siempre tan difícil hablar de algo que te apasiona? Tenía una "reseña" para este libro, pero luego de una leída profunda decidí no ponerla, me parece que es de las peores reseñas que escribí.<br/><br/>Esta es una de las series de libros que más me gusta. Estuve esperando mucho tiempo por este descenlace y por fin pude hacerme con el libro, sobra decir que me lo devoré en un instante. <a href="http://el-extrano-gato-del-cuento.blogspot.com/2012/12/lobos-mercy-falls-03-siempre-maggie.html"><i>more</i></a>"
"This one was definitely more exciting then the other two. I was still bored for the first half of the book but I knew it would get better. It ended predictably and happily ever after. Cole finally grew on me and he redeemed himself in this book. The same with Isabel. I don't know if I could have been so understanding like Grace but she also had redeeming qualities. I liked Sam better by the end of this book. Grace described him best as being shy and naive in the first book and mostly in the second. By the end of the series, he was more confidant and definitely more responsible and less whimsical. I'm glad that Grace finally stood up to her parents for being unfair and I was happy with the whole outcome. Not my favorite series but not the worst I have read either. If you liked the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer, you will definitely like this too."

"Oh yes! This was the first series from her that I've read. I also have followed her on social media for years. She is always so uplifting and real with people and i think it reflects in her writing. Her books deal with more adult subjects but are written more simply so they are a good transition from child to adult reading and I've enjoyed them as an adult for how she handles complicated and nuanced issues. She also does all her own artwork."
"I went into this series wanting to like it. I loved the Raven Cycle books also by [a:Maggie Stiefvater|1330292|Maggie Stiefvater|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1384827512p2/1330292.jpg]. I though the premise was interesting. Unfortunately, this series just didn't hit the spot. It wasn't awful. I didn't exactly dislike it. It just...wasn't that great.<br/><br/>I don't even really know how to explain my thoughts on this book. After book 2, I was used to the four narratives, even though it was kind of distracting at times. I would have preferred the switch to be at chapter breaks, instead of back and forth throughout the chapter, but that's more of a personal preference than an actual criticism of the book. <br/><br/>Okay, so this might be spoilery, so...<spoiler><br/>I liked Cole more in this book than I did in book 2. Same with Isabelle. They kind of seemed like more realistic characters, and not just stereotypical caricatures of YA book characters. Though, how convenient was it to have a genius scientist in their little posse? But then again, I guess that could have been part of the reason he was chosen by Beck. But I guess we will never really know. The author kept alluding to a lot of things with Beck and Cole that never were explained. It's not really a big deal, but I was rather disappointed by how that situation was handled. <br/><br/>I guess that is basically how I felt about the entire book and series. I was just disappointed by how it all turned out. I thought Cole's "science" was interesting, if not completely reasonable. I feel like it was never really explained why they change into wolves. Cole figured out it wasn't only the cold, and that other things could impact it. But...there was never any real resolution about that. They also talked about the fact that something else made the shifting stop. Whatever was wrong with Grace, making her bleed from her nose, was the same thing that killed the wolf they found near Isabelle's house. So...they still don't know what it is? And is there any way to fix it? Did the meningitis actually fix Sam? I still don't understand how injecting blood in someone is going to fix it. Perhaps this time they actually paid attention to the blood type...<br/></spoiler><br/><br/>Overall, as I said, I felt rather meh about these books. They weren't bad. I did enjoy parts of the series. It just wasn't that great."
