"Crossing the Chasm is one of those classic books that I guess you have to read. It's an interesting read, and it's focus on the importance of the "whole product" for the mainstream market is spot on (I think). A lot of the content in the book seemed like common sense (but maybe it's because the book has had such a profound influence on shaping our current thoughts on the marketplace) and the presentation is pretty boring. Reading "Four Steps to the Epiphany" is a much better use of your time and it covers the content of this book and more."
