"Meh...this was an ok book. Not horrible but not awesome either. Some of the storylines were odd and went literally no where and characters were introduced only to never be mentioned again. The last few chapters were well written and tugged at the heart strings. I wish we learned what happens to Ricky."

"Love most of Grisham's work, but this one didn't deliver. The protagonists age was problematic for me, if he'd been 12 or 13, maybe.... but 7 was just unrealistic. It's an OK read.... but I'll probably never pick it up again. "
